It will typically take 1-4 days to make you piece in the workshop after you order online. After your order has been finished, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. If there is any delay in the creation of your piece, we will contact you via email.
If you need a rush on your order, please contact us at email@example.com before you make your purchase and we can add a faster option in a custom listing on our shop.
2-3 days if being mailed to Saskatoon a address, no tracking number
4-9 days via Canada Post with $100 insurance and tracking number
United States & International Orders:
Orders sent to the United States will be through USPS. Other countries will be through Fed Ex. Shipping times vary due to delays in customs. There may be additional duties and taxes when importing goods from Canada, and we are not responsible for their payment.
Due to the personal nature of our products, they are final sale.
If you have purchased your Milk & Honey piece at a physical storefront that carries our products, you’ll need to follow their policies on returns.
If within 60 days of purchase (online or pop-up shop) there is a manufacturing fault (bead cracks, chain breaks, etc.) you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange. Please include a photo of your piece in your email.
If after 60 days of purchase (online or pop-up shop), we can look into fixing your item for a small fee. Contact email@example.com for more info.
